If your second residence is situated in Belgium, there is no problem. You cannot use the cheques if you rent and live in? (i.e. you do not rent it to a tenant) your second residence.

No, at this moment you cannot use them for this purpose in Brussels. But Flanders has a similar project to allow people to pay for childcare with ‘service cheques’.

Zita has contracted an accident insurance for its employees and insurance to cover the Civil Liability in the case its employees cause an accident in your house.
